This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you and Knightsbridge Strategies, Ltd., doing business as Knightsbridge Park(“Knightsbridge Park,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your access to and use of KB Portal, the web application available at kbportal.io, together with its related features and services (collectively, the “Service”).
KB Portal is an internal business tool. It exists solely to support Knightsbridge Park’s own internal operations. It is not a commercial product, is not offered for sale, resale, or subscription, and is not available to the general public.
By signing in to or using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Who May Use the Service
The Service is a business tool made available to Knightsbridge Park employees, contractors, and authorized client representatives. Access is by invitation only. You must be at least 18 years old and use the Service only on behalf of the organization that authorized your account.
2. License Grant
Subject to this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service through its web interface solely for Knightsbridge Park’s internal business operations related to your work with Knightsbridge Park. This license is for internal use only: it grants no right to use the Service for any commercial purpose of your own, to resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service, or to make it available to any third party. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Knightsbridge Park and its licensors.
3. Accounts and Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You agree to notify us promptly at accounting@kbpark.com of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security concern.
- We may suspend or revoke access at any time to protect the Service or the data it contains.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
- Share your credentials or permit any unauthorized person to access the Service;
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service;
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to it or its related systems;
- Use the Service for any commercial purpose outside Knightsbridge Park’s internal operations, including reselling access, offering the Service to third parties, or using it to provide services to anyone other than Knightsbridge Park and its clients;
- Export, scrape, or disclose data from the Service beyond the scope of your authorized business role.
5. Third-Party Services, Including QuickBooks Online
The Service integrates with third-party services, including Intuit’s QuickBooks Online, to synchronize accounting data such as customers, invoices, and budget information. By using features that rely on these integrations, you authorize the Service to exchange data with the connected third-party account on your organization’s behalf.
Your use of any third-party service is governed by that provider’s own terms and privacy policy. Knightsbridge Park is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or availability of third-party services. Intuit and QuickBooks are trademarks of Intuit Inc.; Knightsbridge Park is not affiliated with or endorsed by Intuit.
6. Customer and Business Data
As between you and Knightsbridge Park, all business records, financial data, and client information processed through the Service remain the property of their respective owners. You agree to treat all non-public information available through the Service as confidential and to use it only for authorized business purposes. Our collection and handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, text, and graphics, is owned by Knightsbridge Park or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license granted in Section 2, nothing in this Agreement transfers any right, title, or interest in the Service to you.
8. Updates and Availability
We may modify, update, or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time. We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or free of errors, and scheduled or emergency maintenance may interrupt access.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. KNIGHTSBRIDGE PARK DOES NOT WARRANT THAT DATA DISPLAYED IN THE SERVICE, INCLUDING DATA SYNCHRONIZED FROM THIRD-PARTY SERVICES, IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KNIGHTSBRIDGE PARK WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. IN NO EVENT WILL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY UNDER THIS AGREEMENT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).
11. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, including if you breach this Agreement or when your business relationship with Knightsbridge Park ends. Upon termination, your license ends and you must stop using the Service. Sections 6, 7, 9, 10, 12, and 13 survive termination.
12. Changes to This Agreement
We may update this Agreement from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date. Your continued use of the Service after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
